Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Poisoned Hollywood; we wish to combine our interests in crafting, young women in business, and our conviction that we must help our communities and the global community as a whole.

We also believe in the importance in preserving and enjoying our history, hence our vintage items shop! :)

Payment

As of right now, we only accept Paypal, but we hope to expand our outreach by accepting Money Orders.

Shipping

We prefer to ship USPS First Class, but you may acquire an upgrade to Priority by sending us a convo, and we will reply with an adjusted invoice that has your updated total. We expect to ship items within 3 to 4 business days at the latest. In summer time there are sometimes circumstances that require us to take up to a week; the heat is pretty crazy here, and if that happens, you will be informed.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order, we can send you a refund; exchange the item if we have a duplicate available; or in the case of items such as jewelry, you can send it back to us and we will repair the item and mail it back to you at no cost, as well as send you a refund for the amount you spent sending the item back to us for repair.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are willing to talk to non-profit organizations about discounts or free items for fundraising purposes; just let us know if you're interested.
