Take a quick look at my policies please before purchasing.

GIFT SERVICE--
I offer free gift service if you would like to send your order directly to the recipient. Let me know in notes to seller or a convo the message you would like on your card. I will also be sure to leave out the invoice.

Payment

NJ CUSTOMERS will be charged 7% extra for sales tax

I accept paypal, money order and personal checks. Note- if paying by money order or personal check, the design will not be sent until I have received payment.

Shipping

I ship using USPS. IF YOU WOULD LIKE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION OR INSURANCE please convo me before your purchase and I will add on the correct amount for each. You can also convo me after your purchase for insurance or delivery confirmation and I will bill your paypal account for the correct amount.

CONTACT ME FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping cost is determined by what the design is made in. Pottery and glass are heavy and fragile and therefore require more postage cost. I make every effort to keep shipping costs down (recycling bubble wrap, boxes etc) while ensuring the safety of the item shipped.

Once the item is out of my hands I am no longer liable. If you are worried about damage during shipping, please PLEASE convo me to add $2 extra for insurance. I pack orders very carefully do my best to make sure that as long as they are handled correctly (not dropped or thrown) they will arrive safely.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any item may be returned for the full purchase price if I am contacted within 48 hours of receipt. You will promptly be refunded the purchase price (minus postage) once I receive the item in the same shape I sent it. The buyer is responsible for return postage also.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Do you preserve and dry your own flowers?
No they are done professionally

Do you do custom orders?
Yes!!! I must have time to order you the correct flowers etc. but in some cases I have everything you need and can create one quickly.

Can I blog about floresdelsol?
sure!! feel free to use my photos too but please give proper credit to me and link back to my store or blog.
