Payment

I will securely ship your item once payment has been received in full. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you will be charged a small percentage of the item's listed price for it's restocking fees.

Shipping

For an additional fee, I can ship your item first-class or overnight mail domestically and internationally.

Each items comes wrapped with care in a bubble envelope or box, topped off with green ribbon and a little note from me. you might even notice that the envelope in which I send your purchase may look a like it's seen better days -- I reuse my shipping supplies as my little attempt at keepin' it green.

I am also happy to gift wrap your items for an additional charge... just let me know upon checkout!

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please inform me ASAP and we can figure out a way to solve it! I strive to make both you and I happy!

If your item is lost in the mail, I will happily resend it (if available supplies allow) or reimburse you in full for your purchase. I do not include shipping tracking by default; however, if you would like me to insure and track your item, I can for an additional fee.
