Payment

If you buy in error then please contact me as soon as possible to amend your order.

Payment is expected within 5 days of purchase but I'm always willing to work with you so give me a shout if this is a problem.

Shipping

All items are shipped 1st class within Europe and by Airmail to overseas destinations.

If you would like your product to be sent insured or registered then please contact me before you make your payment for an updated invoice.

I will always work with you to insure the best possible price.

Purchases are normally shipped the day after payment is received, I will always email you to let you know that the item has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges will be given up to 7 days after you have received your item. However I cannot refund/send new item until I have received the original back and it's in the same condition as when sent.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your item or your item arrives faulty I will always refund your money.
