Thank-you very much for your interest in our work!

Stephanie and Stuart both come from creative families. And with their help, Pictures 'N' Crafts has become a shop filled with a large variety of handcrafted items, made with only the best quality materials available.

We are happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have, just send us a message.

Payment

We accept Paypal as our payment method. However if you live in our area, feel free to pop in and pay in the studio.

As we strive for customer satisfaction, if PayPal doesn't work as a payment option for you please send us a message and we shall work something out.

Payment must be received within 7 days or your order will be cancelled, but not without notifying you first.

Please note that by law, we are required to collect Provincial Sales Tax (8%) This is calculated within Paypal when you complete the payment process.

Shipping

Items will be shipped via Canada Post within 48 hours of receiving payment. This usually means the following travel times:
In Canada 2-6 days
In USA 4-12 days
For international customers, please contact us for shipping rates.

We are also happy to ship items to gift recipients, just be sure to notify us of the change of address. If you need faster shipping times, please let us know and we shall add the appropriate fee to your invoice

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, you have 7 days after receiving it to do so. You pay for the return postage and I will refund the purchase price less the actual cost of original shipping, providing it arrives in the same condition it was sent in.

Customer Satisfaction is our top priority! Therefore, if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after you purchase, please contact us and give us a chance to correct any problems.
