I do my best to provide the highest quality product. Each product is unique based on differences in wood grain or patterns in acrylic materials. I treat each product with loving care and attention so that the result is a pen you can be proud of

Payment

I accept Paypal only.

Shipping

Insurance is optional however it is strongly encouraged. I will do all I can to package the item in a safe manner but I cannot assume responsibility for how it is handled by the shipper during transit

Refunds and Exchanges

returns are accepted within 7 days that item was received but it must be returned in the same shape it was received.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have a preference for a particular wood or material, please ask. I can do custom orders. I CAN ship internationally however extra charges and shipping time will apply (free shipping does not apply)
