Hello. Thank you for having a little look at Little Letters. I hope you see something you like.

All items are handmade by me, with inspiration coming from everywhere in particulare from photos I take, sketches and other 'found' items.

Payment

Payment is to be received within 5 days. The sale will be cancelled if the item remains unpaid with no communication after that time.

Payment for International buyers: Payment via Paypal

Payments with Australia: As well as paypal I will also accept a bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer in $AU I will send you banking details and conversion from US$.

Shipping

International: Items may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive. However, this is just a guide and may take a little less/more time depending on customs policies in your country etc. All items mailed via Australia Post.

Australia: I will be using Australia Post regular mail which will take 3-5 business days Australia wide with the exception of Melbourne which may take 1-2 days. I will be happy to send express mail on request.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will be happy to accept returns on any heavily damaged items. Where possible contact me within 7 days of receiving item. Return shipping will be at your own cost and I will pay for shipping back to you.
