Payment

Payment is expected at the time you place an order. I accepted payments via PayPal only.

Please note you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay. You can use a credit or debit card, e-Check, etc. By using this form of payment it's only processed using PayPal.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS 1st Class within 7-14 business days of the date of order and/or payment received.

If you would like to upgrade to shipping Priority or Express Mail please contact me before placing your order.

I complete each order in the order it was received. I will contact via email to advise you when your order has be shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

I DO NOT offer a cash refund, however I guarantee the quality of all my hand-crocheted items. If the quality of an item is in question, please contact me ASAP

SIZE FIT GUARANTEE:
When you purchase one of my hats and find, once you receive it, that you ordered the wrong size...return it and I will send you the correct size for FREE

RULES:
Hat must be sent back within 7 days of purchase. Buyer will pay for shipping item back. This SIZE FIT GUARANTEE only applies one time on any one hat purchased.

CARE INSTUCTIONS:
Hats & Clothing/Wearables: Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, towel dry and lay flat to dry.

Booties, Dolls, Hair Clips & Pillows: Surface clean only!
