Welcome

This is probably the hardest bit to write. :) Well, I have always loved to make things with my own hands and still do. I created the shop because I need some extra money as I am a mother of a tiny baby, and also because my house wouldn't be drowned in the stuff I make!

I trained as a propman, so I have wide range of hobbies and I do get ideas, but I forget them as quickly, if I don't write them down! My interests come in waves, so I will sell different types of things here.

Another thing I believe in is recycling, and I try to make items from reused fabrics and paper etc.

I also believe that things made specially for someone have more warmth and love in them, and they definitely last longer. So if you have a special person and you would like me to make them something, convo me and tell me about them and also the item they would like to receive.

Payment

I do accept PayPal and Postal Orders (in UK).

I generally don't like deadlines and I am awfully absent-minded myself, so I do not mind if you dont pay for a week. If you have problems and you can't pay for longer, then send me a message and we'll try to sort it out.

I will not, though, send your purchased item to you before I've got your payment. Naturally. :)

If you do need to cancel, then also just contact me. You don't have to give me any reason. ;)

Shipping

I do ship little items in jiffy bags and bigger ones packed in paper and plastic bags (in a box if giftwrapped)

I will use simple unregistered First Class for UK and unregistered Airmail for abroad. If you want something safer, tell me and I will send you accurate shipping price. Furthermore, if you really really wish, I will scan the receipt and send it to your email/etsy account. I hope that you will trust me and won't want that every time, though! :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you want refund, then contact me in two weeks and send me the item back. I won't be able to give back the postage fee, alas.

I am happy to refund knitted and crocheed items that start unravelling in a month, though not if they are cut. Of course I do expect you to send the item back to me, too. If you happen to lose an item, I am happy to make another one if possible (I may not have the same materials anymore, you see), just convo me about payment and shipping. Don't worry, I won't make you pay full price twice!

I would be happy to repair them, but I think there's not point sending it back and forth, you most likely can find someone near you who repairs clothes!

I won't be responsible for any damages or losses that happen during shipping!

Additional Policies and FAQs

In case I have options available in my listed items, then send me a convo after purchasing about your preferences. I can also gift-wrap your item, if you wish. Options available are "traditional" giftwrapping with wrapping paper from shop, "simple" with brown packing paper and some wool with primitive print or beads etc, or "paper bag" which is handmade by me and decorated.

I am open for special requests. I do believe that an item has much more power in it if it is made specially for someone. Just write me a few lines about them as well.

My home is pet and smoke free, though it may be a bit dusty and I do sometimes eat nuts.
