Welcome to Make.Do. Read more about our story and how we came together to form this making / doing collective.

We love simple, handmade goods and knowing where those goods came from and whose hands they passed through.

Payment

All prices on Etsy are quoted in US Dollars, so wherever you see the $ sign it means USD$. We accept Paypal from all buyers.
If you are using Paypal to pay you can find out what you will be paying in your local currency if you follow paypals steps:-

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Fees link.
3. Click View Currency Converter.
4. Enter the amount, select from which currency and to which currency.
5. Click Calculate.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order

To cancel an order contact us with your order reference number.

If the order has not yet been shipped and is canceled and payment has already been made, we will refund you the purchase price including shipping and handling charges.

If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted items unused and in their original packaging at your own risk and at your own cost within 7 days of delivery. We will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product, including OUR postage and packing, but NOT including YOUR postage and packaging for returning the item.

In the case of custom made goods we will not refund any money as long as the goods have been made to the agreed specifications. As long as the goods are fit for function we reserve the rights not to refund monies.

Shipping

f you pay by Paypal all goods will be sent to the Paypal account registered address. Please make sure you keep your Paypal account shipping address up to date. If you specifically wish for the goods to be sent to a different address, please contact us first.

Our items will be sent by USPS unless otherwise requested by you and agreed upon by us. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment being processes (Paypal payment received or check clearing bank). If, for some reason, there is a delay in shipping, we will let you know promptly.

If you want your package to be insured we are happy to do that at your own cost.

If you contact us to requested a custom made item we will agree on a date of delivery at that time. Custom made items can take longer than the ready made items that we keep in stock. We will keep you updated and informed all the time of any unforeseen delays.

Refunds and Exchanges

We make every effort possible to get your order to you in top condition. If any item is damaged in transit to you, please contact us and report problems within SEVEN days of receipt. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded.

We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our store and our items. Please contact us to let us know if you are not satisfied and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom-made items: If you contact us to requested a custom made item(s) we will agree a mutually satisfactory date of deliver at that time. Custom made items can take longer than the ready made items, sometimes depending on delays in materials or parts. We will keep you updated and informed of any unforeseen delays. Custom orders may also cost more than similar ready made items. We print all of our screenprinted items by hand and some of these designs are more complicated and difficult than others. After a price has been agreed a payment of 50% needs to be paid upfront of the goods being made and the remaining 50% needs to be paid before the item will be shipped.
