Payment

*I accept Paypal, and I am Paypal verified and have Paypal Premium status. Paypal payment is preferable. If you pay with a money order, please only use postal money orders. If you pay with a check, I mail your item immediately after your check has cleared. Your item will ship the same or the day after receipt of payment with the exception of Sundays and holidays.

Shipping

*Everything will ship USPS first class.

*I will ship anywhere in the world using Air Letter Post.

*I will take much care in packaging your item to ensure it arrives safely. Items will be mailed in a bubble mailer and a gift box for protection. Unless you opt to insure your package upon purchasing the item, I cannot be responsible for items that arrive damaged. If you would like your package insured, let me know in the message to seller, and wait for a revised invoice. I will let you know what the insurance cost is depending on the item, before changing the shipping charge.

*You will only pay for shipping once per order!

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If that is not the case, please return your item within seven days of initial receipt. I will refund your payment promptly with the exception of shipping charges. I will not refund a payment until I receive the item in its original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

**Holding Orders/Reservations:

*If you would like to reserve an item, I will require a 50% deposit, and ask that you pay in full within 2 weeks of reserving the item. I will not hold an item for any longer than 2 weeks, and no reserved item will be shipped until payment is received in full.

I take great pride in my work and want you to be fully satisfied. I offer free repairs for the lifetime of the piece in any instance where an item is damaged due to craftsmanship.
