Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in shopping with me!

All items sold on Little Toppers are made by me. Some items listed are pre-made and ready-to-ship; other items are made-to-order. If you do not see exactly what you want, whether you need a different size or want a different style, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Below are my shop policies, but please feel free to ask any questions if you don't see what you need.

Payment

I accept Paypal, the preferred method, or money order. Please note that your items will not be mailed until I receive payment.

Payment, or contact about payment, must be done within 1 week of purchase.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped by USPS, First class. If you need more urgent delivery, please let me know. I can also send to a giftee address, if you prefer.

Please allow 2-3 days after purchase for ready-made items to ship. Custom items may take up to two weeks to complete, but feel free to discuss any specific timing needs that you have.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you are not, please contact me within 30 days of your purchase and we will see what we can do.
