WHO DO YOU USE AS A SHIPPER?
Domestic orders are mailed using Priority mail with United States Postal Service.

IS INSURANCE INCLUDED?
No. But if you want insurance added, write in the comment section upon checkout and we will e-mail a revised invoice.

ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION?
Our goal is to mail it out within 7-14 days.
But if you need it sooner, e-mail to let us know and include a message in the comment section upon checkout as well.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem, please email us within 3 days of receipt for prompt handling. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Feel free to e-mail us with any questions.
