CUSTOM WORK: Many of my felt items (except OOAK, one-of-a-kind) can be reproduced in a similar style. Similar style means that the design and overall look and feel will be the same but I cannot guarantee using the exact same components such as beads, buttons, ribbon and threads. I will use the best combination of components that I have from my varied collection.

So I can, for example, make an item in a different colour scheme for you or make a slightly bigger quantity if you are looking to buy a few gifts. What I do not do is make up entirely new designs for customers.

TIME FRAME: Custom orders would normally take me 3-5 days to complete depending on how large the order is and how complex the designs.

PRICE & PAYMENT: Prices are exactly the same as the prices you see in my shop. I do not charge any extra for custom orders. Once you have contacted me and you agree to a custom order, I will put up a custom listing just for you with your etsy username in the title. Payment must be made by paypal before any work on your order begins.

PACKAGING: All my items come wrapped in either smart cello wraps (see item photos for examples) or fabric bags for my pincushions/miniature houses.

CONTACT ME: Please contact me on the right if you are interested in a custom order. I will get back to you as soon as possible but there may be a big time difference as I'm in the UK.

Payment

Paypal payments only please within 48 hours or else please notify me if you need a little longer. If an order is not paid for after a 3 day wait I will assume a no sale and cancel the order.

Shipping

Most of my items are packaged carefully into strong cardboard boxes to protect them whilst in transit.

Once payment has been received, I will post your items the next working day so you may receive your order quickly. UK items will be sent by 1st class post and should arrive in 2-3 working days. Overseas orders are sent by airmail and most should arrive within 5-7 working days.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are sold as seen. I take great pride in my work and believe it to be of a very high standard. If you are not pleased with your order for some reason, please contact me so I am given the opportunity to resolve the issue.

If your order has not arrived in the expected time-frame, please do contact me to let me know - in most cases, there is simply a short delay.

Additional Policies and FAQs

FOR NON-UK BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: you are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to your country, should your items be assessed.

Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.

I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to or contact your local customs agency.
