Welcome

I wish for my customers to be 100% happy with their buying experience with Pink Summer Haze, so I've made my store policies as fair as possible!

If you have any questions at all that are not answered here, just convo me and I'll be happy to help.

Payment

At this point in time, payment is by PayPal only - it is thesafest and most secure method. If payment is not made within one week of purchase, I will convo you to dicuss.
If I've tried contacting you but haven't heard from you and your payment has not been made within one week of purchase, the order will be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to sending payment, just convo me and it's done! No problem. Cancelling your order after payment is received and I have shipped items is not possible at this stage.

Shipping

I ship to any location on planet earth! Please ensure that your etsy address matches your Paypal address.

Please allow up to 5 business days after payment is made for postage of item/s.

I only ship after payment is made and has cleared.

Overseas shipping is via international air mail. If you need your items sooner, I can arrange priority shipping. This will cost extra, so convo me and I'll let you know exactly how much.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, I am happy to provide you with an exchange, or a full refund, INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS! Simply convo me to discuss!

If your order doesn't arrive within 3 weeks, convo me ASAP.
