Payment

Payment is expected within 5 business days. Custom orders will not be placed into my schedule until payment, and any requested information, is received.

IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL:
To accept payment through PayPal I require the buyer to have an "confirmed address" with PayPal, or the PayPal and Etsy "ship to" addresses must match.

Shipping

IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL:
Please check that your address matches the one on Etsy, or that you have an "confirmed address" with PayPal. I will not ship to any other Country than Canada, USA, or UK, when the payment is made with PayPal. This is to comply with the PayPal seller protection policy, and I will only ship to these addresses.
I truly appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

SHIPPING MATERIALS:
I often use recycled packing materials, and prefer to use sturdy envelopes over parcel boxes. This is to reduce the shipping costs for my buyers, and help to keep our environment a little more healthy.

Any items with breakable pieces will be shipped in boxes.

Please let me know if you would prefer your item(s) shipped in a box. Additional shipping charges may apply.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:
All packages are shipped with tracking. I will contact you once your item is shipped, with the tracking number and method of shipping.

Ridi Kitty Design is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please be aware that you will are responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES. Please check with you local post office, before ordering to see what the customs fee rate is.

Refunds and Exchanges

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
I DO NOT accept returns or offer any refunds for all custom made items. If there is ever a problem with a garment you have purchased from Ridi Kitty Design please contact me immediately and I will fix the problem promptly without issue.

PRE-MADE ITEMS:
I offer exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with anything that you purchase please contact me at once.

Please do not leave negative feedback without first contacting me. I would like a chance to make it right.

For items with custom sizing, please send the requested measurements with your payment, or email it to me (along with item and buyer name) at aridianicolucci [!at] gmail.com.

Commissions for custom items are gladly accepted. When contacting me, please provide a description of the item and any available reference material (ie. photos).
For cosplay commissions, please provide the above information as well as the character name, and name of Anime/Game/Movie/Series.

All items come from a pet friendly and non-smoking home.
