welcome to my shop policy page! yay!
i love creating.. all my pieces are one of a kind, and i enjoy finding new combinations to try.. i am even up for suggestions, if you have one that you'd like to see.. tell me!

Payment

i accept checks, cash, and paypal.

if you make a purchase and for some reason aren't able to follow through with the payment, just convo me within 24 hours of your order, and we can work it out. i am a nice person, i promise!

for special orders, a 50% deposit is required up front, and then i will email you pictures in detail.. and if you like what you see, you pay the rest! if not... then i will do whatever i can (within reason, people.) to make sure you like it! if not.. then, i will give you your money back and wear the piece myself!

Shipping

i ship USPS Priority Mail within a day of your payment. all products are insured (included in shipping costs). If you live outside the US and are interested in purchasing a piece, please convo me and I can let you know what the shipping costs would be.

Refunds and Exchanges

all items are eligible for refunds and exchange.. i want you to LOVE your piece. if you are not 100% in love with it... tell me. i want you to be. that said, shipping charges will not be refunded..

if a piece breaks.. and you feel like you were being nice to it (ie: not running it through your disposal) then i would gladly replace it, though it won't be an exact match to your lost piece, all pieces are one of a kind!
