Payment

I accept PayPal only. Please pay immediately upon purchase. I require payment within 24 hours of purchase; however, if you need some extra time to make your payment please contact me right away. Please note that items will not be shipped until payment is received. When you select the e-check option in PayPal, the shipment of your order may be delayed by up to 7 or more business days while the payment clears.Paypal is very easy to use, and you can charge purchases to your credit card without having to open an account.

Shipping

All items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.Please make sure that your Etsy address and your PayPal address are the same. I will only ship to your confirmed PayPal address unless otherwise notified. Your purchase will be shipped via the Canadian Postal Service with delivery confirmation within 5 business days following your cleared payment.I try to use recycled packaging to reduce the impact on the environment when shipping larger items.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is important to me to give my customers an accurate depiction of my products through pictures and item description. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Please contact me to request a refund prior to returning the item. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNED ITEMS.Please send returns to me with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me.
