Welcome

I have my diploma from Dundas Valley School of Art where I was free to explore any medium. I took to textiles mostly but I also played with wood cutting, cross stitch, embroidery, illustration, collage & a lot more. I've always taken a lot of photos & I still do.

The needlework I've been working on recently are adaptations of patterns I've found in cross stitch books. Anything to do with old lives, old stuff, anything old is my favourite.

Payment

I only accept Paypal. Items are only shipped once the payment has been received.

If the item is not paid for by the end of 7 days, the sale will be canceled unless otherwise agreed upon. Convo me if there is anything we need to work out.

Shipping

I send all made-to-order items via USPS First Class on the next business day after payment is received. Shipping within the United States usually takes 3-4 days.

Shipping to Canada & International will take 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive. Sometimes packages get caught at the border to Canada & may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

All custom orders will take up to 5 days to make. Make sure to consider this along the shipping time when ordering for a special occasion.

I ship to the address on your Etsy form, so please make sure that's the correct address.

Refunds and Exchanges

Any items ruined while making their way from my post office to your house are beyond my control. I can't offer a refund in this situation.

I'm more than happy to help with any concerns you might have. Please convo me and we can make it better.

Consignment

I will only accept consignment orders for 3 inch & 4 inch cross stitches. Badges & earrings aren't available.


Custom

I will make any cross stitch custom, just the way you want it. If there is a design you like but the colours aren't what you prefer just convo me the colour thread you want & the colour of aida cloth & I will make it up as fast as I can. Please know that there are only certain colours of aida cloth available. Black, antique white, & navy blue. See my item photos for some colour combo examples!

***I make all my custom orders immediately to ship within 5 days after payment is received.
