Hi and welcome to the WREN handmade Etsy shop! I am a believer in small batches, the beauty of the handmade and the resurgence of traditional crafts. Thanks for you interest in my wares.

Payment

I accept Paypal and personal checks. Paypal is easy to use and you don't have to have an account. For personal checks, I will ship as soon as the check clears.

Shipping

Please note that I will ship out orders within 3-4 days of receiving your payment. I ship using USPS Priority Mail for bigger items (animals and dolls) and USPS First Class for small items (hairclips and bracelets) all with delivery confirmation and insurance. I am now shipping International orders also using USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final unless items are received damaged or missing. Please email me if you have an issue with your item.
