Welcome

Commissions are always welcome! :D
** NOTE: If you do not follow up on your commission, I am not holding it for you. If no prior arrangements are made I will sell it on Etsy to anyone. **
** NOTE: Commissions that are so specialized they cannot be easily resold, require a down-payment on material costs. **

Questions are always welcome as well!

My prices are generally based on material costs plus a fair payment for my labour.
If you have a concern with one of my items, let me know- I might haggle.

Payment

Payment should be made within a week of purchase (but it is greatly urged you pay as soon as possible).

If there is an issue, please contact me before the deadline is up. I'm willing to work around any problems.

If you cannot use a creditcard or Paypal, let me know. I might accept another form of payment if we both agree.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me. We'll work something out. :)

Shipping

Items should ship within two days of payment.

Typical shipping is five business days.

There is usually a $0.75 charge along with the shipping cost so that I have a delivery confirmation number.

If you have a specific shipping request, please notify me ahead of time. This includes requests for faster shipping, insurance, etc.


** Lost or damaged packages are not my fault **
Insurance is definitely recommended on higher valued items, or all items.
I will work with you to try and solve a mishap, but I cannot make any promises. I understand how awful it is when the shipping process is messed up- so let me know what happened.
I will try my best to help.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me immediately in any refund/exchange situations.

I am not responsible for your mis-measurements, nor other circumstances that are not under my control.
