Welcome

London purple specializes in handmade bags for all occasions. All of the bags are named after different areas in London, my favorite city! I like durable, sturdy bags, so I often use canvas or cotton duck and many of my bags are double interfaced.

The themes for my summer line are function, florals, and fun colors! Each bag will have fun, bright canvas solids and prints on the exterior paired with matching linings to create the perfect all around look. Versatility is important this season which means your bag will work for you no matter where you're going and what you're doing! Keep an eye out for these new styles to appear soon.

All bags are my original designs made from my own patterns.

Payment

I accept Paypal.

For residents of Ohio, sales tax will be charged. Paypal should take care of this when you go to pay.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped USPS from Cleveland, Ohio within 3 business days of receiving your payment. I use Delivery Confirmation and will send you the tracking number (this is included in my shipping price). If you would like to upgrade to another shipping method please let me know.

For international buyers - please contact me before you pay so I can quote shipping to you. Thanks!

I have recently updated my shipping prices because I was still trying to get a feel for exactly how much each bag weighs. If I end up overcharging you by >$1.50, you will be refunded via Paypal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are negotiable.

I am not responsible for items that are lost in the mail or are shipped to an incorrect address. Please make sure your address is correct when using Paypal. I do use delivery confirmation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do my best to make colors look as accurate as possible, but due to variations in computer monitors and settings it may display differently on your screen.

Pattern placement may vary as I sometimes reuse pictures for duplicate bags.

All hardware such as snaps and zippers are guaranteed for 6 months after your purchase! If something should break in the course of normal usage, I will repair/replace the part for free and shipping is on me. I stress "normal usage" here, the final determination is up to me.

If you see a bag you like but would like it in a different color or pattern, please send me a message - I do take custom orders!
