Well hello there and welcome to tokyotombola!
I'm all about cute (not cutesy - urgh), quirky and most definitely fabulous accessories for the fashionable human, animal, home, school or workplace!
(I'll also produce things for your dungeon and spaceship should you a) really have one and b) be willing to send me a photo somehow!)
Payment
As Liza Minnelli and Joel Grey sang in 'Cabaret', "Money makes the world go round!" OK, so we all know it's gravity but you catch my drift...

Payment should be made within 3 (three) working days of purchase. It's a bit of a bugger to have to put this here, but any buyer who doesn't pay within this timeframe will have action taken against them and the item in question will be re-listed.
Shipping
All shipping is done via Royal Mail and will be sent as Air Mail to all destinations outside of the United Kingdom. Should you wish for the item to be sent via registered mail or to be insured, please contact me *before* you make a purchase to arrange this and wait for me to make you a custom listing with your specific postage/shipping cost.
A certificate of posting will be obtained for your items as standard and a copy of this can be E-mailed to you at no extra charge should you require or desire so.

Refunds and Exchanges
I'm happy to refund any item unless it has been specified as a 'non-returnable' item in its description. Simply return the item in perfect condition in its original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days (2 [two weeks]) of purchase and the full amount you paid for it will be refunded back to you via PayPal.
In the event that the item develops a 'manufacturing fault' within 3 (three) months of purchase, please contact me directly and we'll discuss the repair or refund options available to you.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused by the fact that I will not be able to offer a refund for any shipping charges paid.
In the unlikely event that the item goes missing during shipping (aka not arriving within a reasonable amount of time, say, 28 [twenty-eight] days at the most), please get in touch with me and investigate the loss via your local postal service. I'll make my own investigations this end and we'll get to the bottom of it or I'll organise a refund for the price of any items purchased. Should the items then turn up, please be honest and tell me. We'll work something out.
*NOTE* For hygiene reasons, I will not accept returns on jewellery for pierced ears - sorry.
