We have been selling online for over 5 years and at fine craft stores and fairs for over 15 years. You will receive professional quality work and great customer service here.

Payment

We accept Paypal. You do not need to open a Paypal account to use Paypal.

Payment is due at time of purchase. Unpaid purchases will be canceled.

California sales tax applies to CA shipments.

Shipping

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your Paypal address is the correct shipping address. We will only ship to the address on your Paypal invoice. If your address in Etsy and Paypal do not match, your Paypal shipping address will be used.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be extra. Please contact for shipping rates.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail. We have found this to be faster and safer than first class shipping.

To upgrade to Express mail please send a message and include your billing email address. A Paypal invoice will be sent to you.

Items are shipped 1-5 business days after payment is received.

Items are securely packaged in a cardboard box.

If your Paypal address and Etsy address do not match we will ship to your Paypal address in accordance with the Paypal Protection Policy.

Insurance is available for an extra fee.

International shipping:
We will ship internationally.
For shipping rates please contact us with the following information:
1. your country
2. first class ($), priority ($$) or express ($$$) shipping
3. insurance or no insurance
- The safest way to send internationally is via insured express mail.

Shipping rates do not include duties or customs fees which are the responsibility of the client.

CANADA - Canadian shipping is listed for Priority Mail - you may request to be downgraded to first class shipping. Send a message in note to seller and you will be refunded the difference in shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item does not meet with your satisfaction you may return it for a refund. Due to the special event use of masks and costumes you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to be given a refund. Refunds are given only if the item is returned postmarked within 3 days of the delivery date and if the item is returned in new, unworn condition. A 15% charge to sanitize the item may be applied for returned masks (sorry, but we do not know where your face has been. Sanitizing a mask involves repainting the inside.) Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom made orders are not eligible for refund.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by USPS. We recommend you purchase insurance to protect your item.
