Hi and welcome to Remember When Creations. Remember When Creations (RWC) is here to help you create meaningful memories. We all have special moments in our lives, and we need to preserve them and share them with future generations.

Here you will find scrapbook pages, gifts and cards all created with care and love for you or your loved ones. Please feel free to browse around and contact me any time with questions.

All items can be customized & personalized. Simply contact me for additional information. And don't forget gift wrapping! If you would like to purchase something as a gift, I can ship it directly to the recipient - wrapped as well.

Payment

I accept PayPal, or you can send a money order or cashier's check. Your order will ship after payment is received. I will provide a mailing address to send the money order or cashier's check to upon checkout.

Payment via PayPal or notification of payment by money order or cashier's check is required within 3 days of purchase or the transaction will be canceled & the item will be relisted.

Please feel free to contact me if circumstances prevent you from paying within 3 days, or if you experience any problems with PayPal.

Shipping

Your order is shipped to the address on the ETSY order - not on the PayPal address. Please feel free to contact me if you have any special shipping requests.

Items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received and will arrive neatly packaged. Please contact me for gift wrapping or if you would like to expedite shipping.

Items are shipped via USPS first class & take approximately 2-4 days. At this time, I only ship within the continental United States.

Please let me know if you would like insurance on your package, and I will send a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your package, and I will gladly refund or exchange it for another item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
