Payment

Paypal and RME are accepted at this time please. You have 7 days from date of purchase to pay for your item. If this does not occur, I will cancel the sale.

Shipping

Any overage over 2.50$ in shipping will be refunded to you via paypal. Please remember that the flowers are delicate and much care is needed to ship them so they are more costly to ship than some other items.
Feel free to contact me with any questions about shipping.

I try to offer FREE US shipping where possible but is not always possible.

Shipping will be First Class or Priority Mail from the US Post Office unless the buyer indicates and pays for a different mode of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are available if there is a problem with the item. I do my very best to show you the product in photographs. Problems that arise during shipping are not in my control and not refundable unless you purchase additional insurance. You have 7 days from arrival of package to file for a refund or exchange. If you are requesting a refund or exchange the item MUST be shipped back to me so I can see what the problem is--shipping is at YOUR cost! Please convo me before you leave any negative feedback, as it is very likely we can remedy the situation immediately.

My flower pens are made to withstand NORMAL use. In every purchase I include care instructions. The most important is to never pull the pen by the bloom. These are silk flowers that require care just as if they were in a bouquet in your home! If you have any questions, before, during or after an order, PLEASE convo me! I am here to help!

My flower pens are unique in the way they are constructed and you will NOT see the stem of the flower on your pen!
