Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment unless otherwise noted in the listing. Felted Style ships Priority Mail via USPS with Delivery Confirmation on orders over $20.00. Orders under $20.00 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please let me know if you prefer a different method of shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I will gladly accept returns for a full refund less shipping charges within 20 days of purchase. Prior authorization must be obtained on all returns within 7 days of receiving your item. FeltedStyle is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
