Welcome to the shop policies page, which sounds kind of harsh, but it isn't I promise. I encourage all potential owners (buyers of anything I create) to read through these policies, please feel free to contact me if you have and questions or concerns. I'm an open minded person, I'm pretty nice too.

Payment

Please pay in a timely manner. I understand that sometimes money transfers to paypal take some time, if this is the circumstance please send me a message. If your interested in trade for an item or Alchemy please contact me.

Shipping

I will ship within three business days of payment being received. I ship USPS standard shipping. If you need rush shipping please let me know and we can adjust the shipping price accordingly. Insurance and delivery confirmation are NOT included, if this is something you would like, again contact me and we can adjust accordingly. I can ship internationally, again we will need to adjust shipping rates.

I package all my items in recycled boxes, envelopes, and packaging. This somewhat annoys my family because we have a constant stack of boxes, envelopes and packing peanuts that always end up everywhere. However, I'd rather reuse these items then buy new ones, which also saves you money!

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final.
