Welcome to my Etsy store. :3 I try to provide my buyers with cute and unique items which they can't get elsewhere. I much agree with the philosophy that everyone's fashion should be unique, to match their individuality. The world would be boring if everyone wore identical uniforms! I hope that my accessories will help you to stand out in the crowd.

Payment

I only accept PayPal as payment, except in outstanding circumstances such as a personal acquaintance with the buyer.

Shipping

I ship items as soon as I receive and process payment, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances. At the very least, items will be shipped within one or two days of payment being received, even if I have to outsource the packing and shipping to a friend or family member. I prefer to ship items with insurance, and if I can at all purchase insurance without making the shipping cost insanely high, I will do so. Since my items are unique and take hours to create, I don't want to risk them in the hands of second-rate shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I provide extensive documentation of my items before selling them, and they are almost always completely unique- particularly in the case of commissions. As such, I will not accept returns except in rare circumstances. If an insured-shipping item arrives damaged, then the insurance claim may be processed.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you want to buy from me in bulk (over 10 items) then I will lower the individual items' price. I also try to lower shipping if more than one item is ordered. Keep in mind that Etsy automatically processes shipping via a site script, and that if you order a lot of items, I may be able to ship them together- if you want to order multiple items, I'll try to find a way to lower the shipping cost if possible. I hate overly expensive shipping, but there have been times in the past when I've experienced a sizable loss for not charging ENOUGH shipping. If there is any doubt about how much it will cost to ship your order, I'm willing to ship the items together, measure how much it cost and refund you the amount above that you paid in shipping costs.
