* Jewelry *

All Items in my shop are handmade by Jesse or Stacey or both together. The designs may be slightly different than the ones in the photographs, due to the handmade nature of the item.

*Care Instructions *

All jewelry is sealed with a protective coating, however please avoid exposing the design to water, sweat, cosmetics or extreme heat.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Paypal is a secure online payment system and is super easy to use. You don't even have to have an account - you can simply pay with a credit card as you would on any other site. If you do have an account, I am sure you know what to do! Convo with any questions!

We require payment within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received, We reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you for some reason cannot make payment within 3 days, please contact me and we can work something out!
*IF YOU HAVE SOME CIRCUMSTANCES THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY IN ANOTHER FORM PLEASE CONVO US SO WE CAN WORK SOMTHING OUT!*

Shipping

We ship regular ground via Canada Post within 48 hours of payment being cleared. If you require an item faster, or would like added insurance, please convo prior to purchase and we will adjust your invoice accordingly.

Purchases will be shipped to the address provided through Paypal. If your purchase is a gift or you have a change of address, please convo me with your correct details.

I do ship Internationally. Please see individual item descriptions for pricing.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is any mistake made on our end we will exchange or refund without hassle. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are willing to work with you if you are unsatisfied in any way.
