Payment

JillyBdesigns accepts PayPal.

Shipping

Digital files are sent (a link with which to download your image) as soon as payment is received.

Photo and panel cards are shipped using USPS Priority shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

I strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your items before shipping them. If, upon receipt of any item, the item is not what you expected, please convo first. If it is simply a matter to be explained, we can try to do that. If not, we'll work out details for a return/refund. Items must be in original, re-saleable condition to be accepted for refund.

JillyBdesigns respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers. The copyright holder is whoever takes the photograph. By submitting your photos to me, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission from the copyright holder. If the photograph was taken from a professional photographer, you must have permission in the form of a copyright license from that photographer. The customer agrees to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyright images and agrees to not hold JillyBdesigns liable for any misuse of the submitted copyrighted photos.
