Shipping

Orders are shipped once payment is received and cleared (if necessary). Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders not shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment will be accompanied with an explanation and a free item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact me immediately for a refund or replacement.
