I Ship to the address given through Etsy.
Since all orders are baked fresh, we require 1-2 business days before shipping.
Payments must be made within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.

Warm Weather Shipping & Cold Packs:
Cold Packs are offered and include Priority Mail. Shipments that are sent without Cold Packs may not make the shipping prcoess. We HIGHLY SUGGEST purchasing a Cold Pack with Priority Mail upgrade.
If your item does not make the shipping process without a Cold Pack I will be unable refund or replace your order. Please remember that all items are Baked Fresh to order and do not contain any preservatives.


Toxins for dogs and cats
In our research the following ingredients have been found toxic for dogs and cats. Although feeding your pet some of the items in small quantities may be okay, please ask your vet if you are not sure of your pet's allergies.

Almonds, apricots, artificial sweeteners, avocado, bacon, baking powder, baking soda, broccoli, caffeine, carrots, cherries, chocolate, citric acid, coffee grounds, dairy products that are high in fat, grapes, green beans, ham, lettuce, liver more than twice a week, macadamia nuts, milk may not be good for senior dogs, mushrooms, nutmeg, onion powder, onions, peaches, pears, plums, potatoes, raisins, rhubarb leaves, salmon, salt, tomato leaves & stems, turkey skin, walnuts, yams, and yeast dough.

Toxins for cats chocolate, coffee, garlic, onion, caffeine, grapes, raisins, macadamia nuts, mushrooms, onion powder, tea, large amounts of liver, potato and stems, rhubarb, tomato leaves and stems, salt, and yeast.

There may be other toxins that are not listed here. please do not order a product if you do not know your pet's allergies

What Are The Shipping Rates?
Each product is weighed and the shipping & handling rates are calculated through the USPS website. Additional fees may apply for packing materials, and may change the weight of the total shippment. Plus to cost of packaging.

How Is My Item Shipped?
The best care is taken with your purchase while it’s in our hands. You can choose from Ground Shipping to Next Day. Remembering that shipping & handling prices may be higher for quicker delivery. What Payment Options Do You Have?We accept credit cards, whether it’s your bank card, credit, savings or checking account. (Paypal does not require you to have an account.)

Why Can't You Ship Larger Pupcakes?
At this time the larger pupcakes are only available locally, due to the fact that they would not make the shipping proccess. Other birthday and special occasion treats are available.

Where Are You Located?
We are located 20 miles out of Reading, PA. We do most of our business closer to Philadelphia, traveling to pet fairs and agility trials in that area.

What Are The Ingredients Used In Your Treats?
All treats have the ingredients listed on their product page online and on the brochure for in person. Do not order a product if your dog is allergic to the ingredients the product contains.

Can I Buy Products In Bulk?
Most products can be purchased in bulk. Discounts for those items are available. If items are needed for a special occasion, such as a pup party, we ask that you give us 1-2 weeks notice so that your items will arrive on time.

What Quantities Do Your Treats Come In?
They vary and we are happy to do custom orders.
Tasters usually refer to 3 treats.
Snackers usually refer to 6 treats
Regular usually refer to 12 treats
Bakers Dozen is 13
Some gourmet treats are considered snacker size but may contain less than 6 treats, due to their larger size.
Each page will specify the amount of treats you will receive and as always, if you don't see what you are looking for let us know and we can setup a custom order for you.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Orders can be shipped by USPS. If you have special shipping requirements we will do our best to accommodate you. Shipping charges are determined by weight.

Items pictured may appear differently when received, due to the fact that every product is made to order and is not manufactured.

Online Orders & Free Samples
During the Warm Weather Months we HIGHLY SUGGEST purchasing a cold pack for your treats to ensure they don't get too warm during the shipping process. The purchase of your Cold Pack insures that your package will be shipped Priority Mail which should arrive within 2-3 days. 1 Cold Pack for every 1/2 dozen treats is recommended.

The Cold Pack contains FDA and USDA approved materials.

Shipments that are sent without Cold Packs may not make the shipping prcoess. We HIGHLY SUGGEST purchasing a Cold Pack with Priority Mail upgrade.

If you are buying Cold Packs for multiple dozens, please contact us for a discounted shipping price.

Orders are shipped via bubble mailers until the order becomes cheaper because of weight to ship via a flate rate box. To ensure your order is shipped via Priority Mail, please contact us for a custom order or purchase a Cold Pack.

No order will be shipped until payment has been received. We cannot guarantee exact shipping date. Since all orders are baked fresh, we require 1-2 business days before shipping.

Orders that are sold by weight are sold based on dough weight before baking.

In Person Orders & Free Samples
Treats can be purchased from our booths or ordered in advance. Payments accepted in person are Cash or Checks. Returned checks will have a fee of $30. No order will be shipped until payment has been received. We cannot guarantee exact shipping date. Since all orders are baked fresh, we require 1-2 business days before shipping.

Terms
The following terms apply to all orders.
These terms are subject to change at anytime without notice.
1) In the event of damage or shortage of product in transit, file all claims within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your order remembering that Cold Packs are available to help the treats make the shipping process.
The shipper is not responsible for damage or shortage which occurs in transit. The product cannot be returned. Customer bears the risk of damage and loss.

2) In the event of incorrect address information, there will be an automatic $10 charge assessed for re-delivery plus any additional shipping charges. Please supply us with any change of address information as soon as possible before an order is to be shipped.

3) A $30.00 service fee will be charged for returned checks.All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to introduce new product varieties and substitute products.


Storage
Cookies can be refrigerated for (3-7) days. Depending on the treat. All treats can be placed in the freezer and thawed when needed. Cookies can be stored in a freezer for (3) months.


Contests can be removed at anytime and can change at anytime. Winners are picked at random and have 48 hours to respond through etsy convo. If the winner does not respond another winner will be chosen.


Not all products contain nuts, however products with nuts are prepared on the premises.

It is your responsibility to know if your pet has food allergies. Each product’s ingredients are listed online as well as on the product label or brochure. All of our products have been tested with animals and were safe to those without food allergies. Please do not order a product if you don’t know your pet’s allergies. We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions, sicknesses, or fatalities. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to all of the terms, conditions, and risks.
