Welcome

One night Josef refused to take a bath, so that ment no "soak" in the epsom salts. I assumed since he is almost five he decided that he was a "big boy" and big boys only take showers. I needed to figure out a way so he could still benefit from the epsom salts without a fight on my hands. After making Josef his own calming cream and reading the ingrediants listed from others I knew I could make one without parabens or GMO ingrediants, which can be harmful to us. All these reasons and of course the intrest that was shown by fellow mommies.

I also knew that Josef was not going to be the only one that benefited from the creams. I set out to make body scrubs, bath salts and soaps for us "older kids" who can benefit from the magnesium sulfates just as much.

This is how Josef's Calming Cream and More was born.

Payment

Payment
I accept Paypal, personal checks and money orders. If you choose to pay either by money order or personal check, I require email notification. I will hold your order until I receive payment. If I have not recived payment within 10 days your order will be canceled.

Shipping

I take many precautions to protect my items when they ship. All items will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a box. I am not responsible for lost mail. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please e-mail me and wait for a corrected invoice before sending payment. Please allow up to five days before shipment occurs on all creams, scrubs and salts. Please place your order for a gift basket or gift set approx 3wks before the "need" as these take longer to put togehter. I will contact you the day I ship.

Refunds and Exchanges

I offer refunds on items that have been misrepresented. I do not accept exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Each order is made seperate from other orders and not made until an order is placed. This way you are getting a truly custom order.

I ship using priority mail which means you should receive your order within three days of my shipping it out to you. If you want your items shipped using another method (over-night oe first class mail) please let me know and I will e-mail you a corrected price.

If you do not see what you are interested in, please contact me as I am willing to make whatever you are interested in at a resonable price.
