Payment

I accept Paypal.

Shipping

What my shipping includes:
* a box
* delivery confirmation
* insurance for value of item
* shipping cost
* sometimes an extra margin for time (in the case of the shadow boxes, which must be shipped with packing peanuts and carefully packaged).


I ship first class mail and will send the shipment within a week of processing. That means it should arrive on your doorstep in a few days!

I only ship within the US currently, but that may change in the future.

If you buy more than 1 item, I sometimes offer a discount on the additional item.

CONVO ME IF YOU'D LIKE ME TO SHIP WITHOUT INSURANCE TO SAVE MONEY! I am not responsible for broken items, however. These are pretty sturdy, but you never know.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not offer refunds because I ship with delivery confirmation and insurance. That protects us both! BUT if you do order something from me and there is an issue, like something is broken or it doesn't arrive, contact my via conversation and we'll see what the Post Office has to say about it...!

Inconsistencies in the product are characteristic of the handmade nature of my products.
