Welcome to Caye Shoals! I am an independent seamstress who designs custom apparel on demand. I love madcap vintage, old hollywood, and quirky, independent styles.

Payment

I accept all payments through PayPal only, unless custom ordered. If custom, 50% deposit is due upon order and I will accept check, money order, or Paypal. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can use Paypal as well, if you have a valid credit or debit card. Please update your Paypal address before you purchase. If the address given on your Etsy invoice is different than your Paypal address, your order's shipping date may be delayed while I clarify. Per Etsy policy, you must complete payment for your order within 3 days of ordering. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted. Any fees associated with the cancellation are the buyer's responsibility.

I now offer multi-item discounts and reserve options. If you're making a multi-item purchase, please note it in the "note to seller" and I will send you a custom invoice. In order to reserve an item, a non-refundable 25% deposit is due upon purchase. Once received, I will mark the item as "RESERVED" in the listing. The final payment is due within 21 days from reservation. If payment is not received, or if the order is cancelled, the item will be removed from the Reserved list and deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping

Premade orders ship 1-3 days after payment is received. Custom orders ship 7-10 days after payment is received. Orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS, with up to $100 insurance included. Tracking numbers will be provided to you. If your order value is higher than $100, and you would like it fully insured against damage or loss, please convo before purchase. If you want to receive your order via expedited or alternate delivery method, please let me know and I will accomodate. Customs and expedited shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. Free shipping for standard domestic shipments, excluding sales or otherwise noted. Unfortunately, at this time, I am not able to provide free international shipping. I will, however, ship the most economical way to pass on the savings to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I truly want you to be happy with your purchase, so I have a "No Risk" buyer policy. Though all sales are final, I will accept returns for exchange or adjustments, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost both ways for all returns, and I will ship via buyer's preferred method. Please convo with any questions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Measurements and/or sizes are provided for each garment listed, as most are one-of-a-kind. Please convo if you would like any of the items custom made, and I will check for fabric availability. If a custom garment is ordered, please send your exact measurements; best recorded by your local tailor. If you are unable to get to a tailor, I suggest adding a half-inch to your measurements for ease, in case adjustments are necessary. I want you to be extremely happy with your purchase, thus I require individual measurements before purchasing custom garments.
