I am so happy that you are here! I am a crafter. You name it, I've probably tried it. I'd like to offer you handmade items that you will enjoy for many years. If you see something you'd like to have in a different color, just click the "Contact SheMakesStuff" link to the right to send me a convo and we can talk.

Payment

Method:
I only accept payment through PayPal.

Deadline:
Payment is expected to be made at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
If your order is not paid in full within 3 business days, I will send you a convo requesting payment to be made within 24 hours. If, after 24 hours, payment is not made, I will cancel your order. Please don't make me do that, it's just not nice :)

Shipping

All orders must be paid in full before I will ship it.

Method: All orders will be shipped by United States Postal Service first class mail.

Upgrades: If you would like your order sent by Priority Mail, please contact me immediately after placing your order and I will give you instructions on how to pay for Priority Mail.

Deadline: Orders will ship within 2 business days (after payment is made.) If you are purchasing a "made-to-order" item, I will let you know as soon as your item is ready for shipment.

Insurance: I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance is available at an additional cost. If you wish your order to be insured, please contact me at once. I will make arrangements for you to pay me for the insurance.

Confirmation: All US orders are shipped with delivery confirmation & tracking. You should receive an email with your tracking number shortly after I pay for the shipping online. If you don't get an email within 2 days of paying for your item, let me know and I'll send you the tracking number.

International Orders:

Refunds and Exchanges

All items that I sell are satisfaction guaranteed. If an item fails to meet with your approval, please contact me at once. I will do what I can to make you happy.

Deadline: You must contact me within 7 days from the delivery date from the USPS web site.
