Payment

We accept Paypal, personal checks, money orders and kisses. If you live in or near Washington DC or Phoenix Arizona, we are willing to set up shopping dates for you to hand pick up and pay for your item. Any item purchased but not paid for after one week will be set on fire. The buyer will then be hunted down. We are totally kidding. Just pay for your stuff and no one gets hurt. We do not allow cancelations.

Shipping

We ship the cheapest way possible to save you money. That means you may not get your goodies for 10-14 days. If you need your item sent asap, email us and it will be done. All items are sent within one business day of receiving your payment.

*If you are paying by money order or check please keep it mind there is a delay for us to

a.) receive said money order
b.) cash it in

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our our on-line store, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Every item is listed to the best of our ability as far as sizing and imperfections. We do offer to do whatever we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and with our service.

That's right! If you live in or near Washington DC, we welcome you and your friends to our personal office. The east coast headquarters of Hella Tuff is set up in a boutique style for your viewing pleasure. All shopping parties are appointment only and free to you and your friends. Your shopping party includes yummy mimosas, assorted cupcakes, great music, and beautiful clothing to browse. We also offer on-site alterations.
