Welcome

It is my philosophy that shopping should be a fun, hassle free experience! I have been a retail manager for 8 years and know that customer service can go a long way! I strive to make your shopping experience at Artful Spirit a wonderful one, so if you at any time are anything other than pleased as punch, please convo me! I will make it right!!

Payment

I prefer paypal payments, but if I also will be happy to take check or money order payments. If you are paying with a check, please be aware that I will not ship your item until your check has cleared! Please make your payment within 3 days of purchase, so that I may get your new handcrafted goodie on it's way. Please be aware that if I have not been contacted within 5 days concerning your payment arrangements that your order will be canceled.

Shipping

I ship all items USPS unless requested to do otherwise. I'll be happy to provide insurance and tracking for appropriate fees, please convo me before checking out to get an accurate total. I am happy to ship internationally, but additional charges will apply. Contact me before your purchase to get shipping charge if I don't have your destination listed! I do shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you need a rush shipment let me know and I will get it out same or next day if possible. I am happy to ship to a gift recipients home address! Just let me know immediately after purchase to ensure it goes to the right location!

Refunds and Exchanges

I will gladly except returns or exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, any personalized or custom item is final sale unless it differs from the way it was presented. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item and we will work it out. Items must be shipped back at your expense and no shipping charges will be refunded. I can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I have a smoke free and pet free home. I do work outdoors when possible, so beware of the occasional twig:) I would love to do any custom orders so feel free to contact me. I package all my items in recycled or paper boxes or recycled and decorated envelopes for smaller items with a pretty ribbon ready for gifting! Contact me for complete details or to request a special "themed" gift wrap:)
