Thank you for visiting the MONA Lisy Art Studio! My shop will consist of various works of art such as paintings, printmaking and hand-crafted jewelry. Should you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Payment

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Please pay within 3 days.

Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped immediately after payment has cleared which is usually within 1 business day. All items will be shipped first class by USPS, except for items that are shipped out of the U.S. Items shipped out of the U.S. may have a different carrier depending on the location.
Postal insurance is optional for jewelry items. Postal insurance is required for oil paintings. I stress the importance of purchasing postal insurance for your items just in case of damage or loss during transit. I will provide delivery confirmation. Items will be package very well and secured.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need to return an item(s), please email me with the reason for the return. I accept returns within 3 days after you have received the item(s). I will refund your money by Paypal for the items purchased only, minus the postage. I will accept the return provided that the item is in the same good condition as it was sent to you. I stress the importance of purchasing postal insurance for your items just in case of damage or loss during transit.
