Looking for something to make your kidlet's birthdays super special and a whole lot greener:)Then you have stopped by the right store!

I always became frustrated with all the plastic JUNK my daughter would receive in those all to well known *goodie bags*. Never mind trying to go to your local party supply store to find eco-friendly party favors!

So, I decided to do something about it:) Now we DO have an alternative...Barefoot Birthdays!

Payment

I accept PayPal and USPS Money Orders.

Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

SHIPPING:
~I ship packages to the USA,Canada and APO's.
If overseas shipping costs are less than what we have charged will refund the amount if it is 1.00 or more via Pay Pal. Please note that international buyers are responsible for their own custom fees,taxes,etc.

~When will I receive my order?
If payment has been received and confirmed your order will go out the next business day.
You will usually receive your package in about 5-7 business days.
If you choose priority it is usually 2-3 days.
If however you have made a custom order this
could take up to 2-3 weeks depending on your order.
Shipping to Canada and overseas will usually take longer.

If you choose to purchase with a USPS Money Order I will ship your package once your Money Order has been received.

~Does price include insurance?
Sorry,no. The cost of shipping in my shop does NOT include insurance. If you would like for me to add insurance to your order please let me know. I will adjust the price of your item(s) BEFORE you buy it. If your items are shipped without insurance please remember,*I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE.* I suggest buying insurance on any order over $25.00.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:
All my whimsies are made with love.
I want you to be happy with each and every order you place:).
If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason and would like to return it for a refund,
I need to hear from you within 3 days of receipt of your item(s).
You will need to pay return shipping, and item(s) must be returned to me in original package,and in their original condition.
Sorry, no refunds on original shipping charges except as noted below.

If there is any defect on your item(s)due to my workmanship
you need to report that to me within 3 days of receipt of your order.
I will be happy to reimburse return shipping
charges for any defective merchandise.

Additional Policies and FAQs

NON-SMOKING:
The Polka Dot Dragon is a NO SMOKING zone. Well except when the dragons get a little riled;)

Conversations:
Please allow me up to 24 hours to reply to a convo. I am a full time Mom and wife as well:)

WHOLESALE:
If you wish to start a wholesale account with The Polka Dot Dragon for Whimsical Woolscapes and wool food or any of my items please convo me:)

Materials Used:
I only use wool from sheep friendly farms! All core wool is 100% organic wool batting. If I use any other materials in my creations they are noted in the listing.

CUSTOMS:
Yes. I do customs! Do keep in mind that custom orders do take longer
to ship than items I have in stock. It will usually take 2-3 weeks for a custom order to be completed. I will notify you if it will take a little longer due to the size of my customs list.

I will contact you to start the custom process once payment has been received.

Once your custom has been completed I will send you a picture. Upon your approval I will then ship out your custom.

Allergy Concerns:
We have two(2)cats and one dog. While the cats are the outdoors type our Border Collie,Sprite likes the indoors.
