Thanks for checking out my Etsy store and my shop policies!

•All my jewelry is made using lead free solder. Slight variations occur due to the nature of stained glass and solder. The one that you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured in the photo.

Payment

•I accept Paypal and Revolutionary Money Exchange. If you would like to pay using RME please let me know in the notes to seller during your transaction and I will send an invoice.

•All customers in the state of Tennessee will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

•I ship using USPS first class mail within approximately 7 days of purchase. I will mark the item as shipped when it has been sent. You can find this notice under Purchases located on the menu to the left hand side under Your Etsy.

•If the item is being sent as a gift I would be more than happy to ship directly to the recipient. If you would like to include a message please let me know in the notes to seller during the checkout process and I would be happy to pass a note along with the gift.

•I take great care in making sure your package arrives to you safe and sound. I ship jewelry in gift boxes handmade by me. They come safely packed with biodegradable cornstarch foam peanuts. These foam peanuts dissolve when you run them under water. Sturdy white boxes not only keep your items safe but are perfect for reuse or recycling.

Refunds and Exchanges

•All sales are final. Glass is fragile and should be handled with care. Exchanges or refunds will be considered under special circumstances.
