**RESERVED ORDERS: If you would like an item reserved, please send me a convo. Reserved items (not custom orders) will be held for 10days.

Shipping

All packages will be sent Priority Shipping via USPS unless stated otherwise.
There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping such as FEDEX,UPS,USPS (overnight)

We provide insured priority shipping on all domestic orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Precieuxny Designs offers a 7-day Return Policy with no restocking fee for any and all pieces sold.

The only conditions of this Return Policy are that:
- The merchandise must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which it was sold.
- Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, unless otherwise pre-approved.

The customer must contact us before returning any item. Precieuxny Designs reserves the right to reject the return of any item that we deem to not be in the same condition as it was shipped. If item was new when purchased, the return must contain all stickers, boxes, and any other paperwork it was originally shipped with. This Return Policy lasts for 7 days from the delivery date of the item.
