Payment

The form of payment that is accepted is Paypal.

Shipping

MWD Krafts will send the one-of-a-kind item through reputable mailing service with the proof of delivery. Shipping days are on every Monday. If you would like an unique item sooner just let me know, as soon as you know.

Refunds and Exchanges

Client has 10 days after receiving the unique design completed by Sona to inform MWD Krafts by Sona if the work was not acceptable. There are no refunds or returns of the MWD Krafts at any time, however minor adjustments can be negotiated upon Sona's approval and client is responsible for additional shipping to make such adjustments.
