Welcome to Mountain Designs Jewelry web store! We look forward to serving you and your jewelry needs. If there is an item that you like but would like better in another color, stone etc. please conv me or request an Alchemy to work out the details on your request. Thank you for considering us.

Payment

I will now accept money orders and Paypal. I will send your item as soon as I see the payment at Paypal or receive your money order. Make sure to keep your money order stub when using them.

Shipping

I will usually send your item by priority mail envelope or box (2-3 business days),insured with a tracking number. The packaging is 4.95 and insurance is between 1.50 and 2.50. If you would like slower mail I can send it first class at only a few dollars; please conv me first before purchasing an item and we can change the shipping just for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time I can not accept refunds, But I will do an exchange for another item as long as the piece is in excellent condition when I recieve it. When making an exchange please do a good job of protecting it during the shipping process or I'll have to send it back without exchanging it.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I use silk pouches, and decorated boxes and paper bags as a gift wrapping and may also use these cute recycled pouches that I get when buying my beads from the local bead shop in my area. If you have a favorite color or buying for someone else find out their color and email/conv me before I ship the item/s and I'll look around for something in that color. If you have any questions about anything please let me know.
