Thank you for visiting Rose Lake!

All items are handmade and most are one of a kind. Every piece is made with care and inspired by a love of nature.

I use antiqued raw brass or sterling silver in pieces constructed with metal. If you have any specific questions about metal allergies, please contact me.

Also, if you see a piece in the SOLD section that you're interested in, let me know and I will make every effort to re-create.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal. You can also send a check or money order - I will ship after payment is received or the check clears. You will receive an address to send check or money orders to upon checkout.

Payment via paypal or notification of payment by check or money order is required within 3 days of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled and I will re-list the item.

Shipping

I will ship orders 1-2 business days after purchase. I will always let you know when your item has shipped via the feedback feature.

Your order will ship to the address on your ETSY account. Please feel free to contact me if you have any special shipping requests.

Items will ship via USPS first class and generally arrive within 2-5 days in the US. International orders will take longer, possibly up to 3 weeks. I can ship priority (2-3 day) or express mail (1-2 day) upon request for an extra charge determined by location.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be extremely satisfied with your Rose Lake purchase!

If you do not love your piece or if it does not fit properly, etc, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including shipping), exchange for another piece or adjust the size at no additional cost.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on your order. PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid for by check or money order are NOT returnable unless you have means of receiving the refund electronically. I am still happy to adjust or exchange them in this case.
