Payment

I accept PayPal . Orders paid for with checks and money orders will not be started until payment clears. Please make or mail your payment within 24 hours of your purchase.

Layaway

Layaway is offered for orders over $100.00, and must be made in 3 consecutive payments. 1st payment is a non-refundable deposit. Order will be started once first payment clears but will not be shipped until all payments clear.

Shipping

Most items are custom orders, hand painted or created in some way just for you. Your item will be shipped upon completion. Most orders are completed within 7-14 days from the date of payment. You will receive an email with a photo of your item before shipping. I will combine shipping and give you the best price possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are custom made just for you. A photo conformation will be sent to you upon completion, and your approval is needed before shipping. If there are any issues I will do my best to address them prior to shipping.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Most items are intended for children older then 3 and no longer placing things in their mouth. You know your child best and if they are ready for items from The Fairy Ring.
