Please pay using paypal during check out.

Shipping

At this time, Heather Ferman ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States using USPS. I do offer discounts on shipping for multiple items based on weight.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise order passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier unless insurance is purchased.

All US packages have tracking but no insurance. If you wish to purchase US insurance please contact me by email and I will adjust your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with an item you have purchased please contact me immediately. I want only happy customers. I accept exchanges within 7 business days of delivery. I do not refund shipping or paypal fees.
