I love to make beautiful bright prints so i hope they brighten your day.

I love to shop on Etsy so i aim to make the buying process very easy and straightforward for you. Below are just a few guidelines to make your experience a happy one.

Payment

For ease of payment, and fast processing I accept payment via PayPal. If you would like to pay by direct deposit (Australian buyers only) please convo me first. I have found that items ship quicker via PayPal as payments usually clear immediately.

I would really appreciate payment being made within 3 days. Please convo me if you are having any difficulties with this. If i dont hear from you after this time I will have to relist the item.

Shipping

I ship via Australia Post, and only charge what they charge me. Any overages of $1.00 or more in shipping charges will be refunded to you via PayPal.

I will ship your items out as soon as payment has cleared. I don't like waiting for my Etsy order and I'm sure you're the same.

I won't be happy until your purchase is safe in your hot little hands. I will contact you once your parcel has shipped but if you think your parcel is taking longer than it should - remembering I'm in Australia, please contact me and I can try and investigate what's going on. Off course you're more than welcome to purchase insurance, please let me know and I can adjust your invoice.

Please double check that your ETSY address is correct, as I ship from that and not your PayPal address. I won't be responsible for your purchases going to the wrong address.

Parcels are sent regular mail, if you would like to pay the additional fees for Registered Post, or Express Post, please convo before paying so that I can send you an updated invoice.

For international buyers (outside Australia), please note that it's up to you to cover any customs duties or taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are inspected thoroughly before they are sent. Im very picky about the quality of work i put out. Unfortunately, I cannot refund for a change of mind, or if you have read the description incorrectly. I will always endeavour to describe my items fully. Please ask as many questions as you like about the product prior to purchase. I love getting emails! :-)

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you love a poster but want me to change a giraffe to an elephant or a horse to a number 4, just contact (convo) me and i'll be more than happy to make you a custom order.
