Woodhouse Studio is based in Bedale, North Yorkshire between the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the North York Moors National Park.

Payment

Paypal is the only effective method for shopping with a credit card for shops not located in the United States. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card.

Cheques and money orders in UK funds only. Any cheques or money orders received that are not in UK funds will be returned and the sale cancelled. Goods will not be sent until cheques have been received and cleared by the bank. This can take up to 10 working days from receipt of the cheque. Please contact me for details if you require this service before ordering.

If you would like prices in UK funds please contact Woodhouse Studio or use www.xe.com to convert currency at the current rates of exchange.

Shipping

All goods will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment (subject to clearance of cheques/money orders discussed above). All prints and paintings are supplied framed and securely wrapped in new materials to ensure they are safely delivered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact Woodhouse Studio before returning any goods.

It is important that you are happy with your purchase. You may return any product for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt provided it is returned new and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs (both ways).

If goods are damaged on delivery you may return the item for replacement or full refund. Please contact us with the return postage cost so that you can get a return postage refund.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Andrew Woodhouse is happy to consider commissions for paintings of landscapes, buildings or animals based within a reasonable distance of Bedale or based on photographs. Please make contact to discuss your requirements.
